We carried out the commissioning and startup of the control system for the Rewinder Slitter Paper line, integrating an Allen-Bradley 1756-L82ES PLC, 1734 Point I/O distributed modules, and PowerFlex 755 drives. Additionally, we commissioned and optimized an automated packaging line consisting of the CL169 Machine, a high-speed packaging system; an Allen-Bradley robotic stacking system, which arranges food packages based on the selected recipe; the IT285, responsible for box forming and food package insertion; and the FA28, a box transportation and grouping system that stacks according to the selected reference.
